The Microsoft Office 2010 Backstage View for File Management

The File Tab

In Ms Office 2010, the Data file tab, a blue case located at the still left of the tabs, leads to a display of record related menu commands, such as Open, Save and Print, and is known as the Backstage view. Softwarelicense4u

If you already have a file open when you click on the File case, you will see the Info screen. This offers information about the data file properties at the right of the screen, even though the central section offers options for changing accord, preparing the file for sharing and deleting old versions of the data file.

File commands are simply in the left pane.

The Office 2010 expandable is XML based. This kind of format significantly reduces quality, allows for increased match ups, provides increased damaged document recovery and stores macros separately to prevent harmful code from running. The default file type for Word is. docx, that for Excel is. xlsx, that for PowerPoint is. pptx. An Access databases has extendable. accdb. Documents can even be saved in PDF FILE format or in XPS Document Format which is a fixed-layout electronic expandable that preserves document format developed by Microsoft.
