You may well be one of those leaders who allows his team of professionals as the experts they are, but as a business owner, your responsibility is to know every area of your business: sales, marketing, legal, finance and accounting, administrative, marketing, research and development, product development, and so forth. It will take a great package of time to know every area of your business and ensure they are working correctly. Really an endless process.

Many times, particularly with smaller businesses, you will have friends or family decide to go into business together.
